Before I Begin
Before I go any further here, I want to name something important.
I am not writing to expose people or to stir up old wounds. I am writing because the truth is part of how healing is happening for me. For years, silence was safer. It protected other people’s comfort, but it was costing me pieces of myself.
I will not be sharing every story, but I will share the ones that shaped me- the ones that still echo and deserve light instead of secrecy. Not to shame people, but to honor what is real.
This space isn’t about blame, It’s about truth, hard-earned wisdom and finding a way to move forward.
And this is where I am beginning.
I am so proud of you. How amazing after all you have been through, to share your story to help others. You have come so far and I feel blessed to call you my sisterfriend .
